The breathtaking mountain view from my double room was an absolute highlight, making each morning special.

The restaurant experience was inconsistent, with one night having great pizza but a chaotic second night due to a short-staffed kitchen.

The resort is a great spot for groups, with a ski lift right outside and close to the floating trail. We enjoyed days filled with skiing and evenings of music at local spots. The rooms were comfy, and the restaurant serving delicious meals made our stay even better.

While the views were nice, we didn't quite get the deluxe experience we expected in the room, which could have been more luxurious given the price.

Navigating the hotel felt like a maze, with limited signage and confusing lift directions. Ski lockers were only accessible via a specific lift, which added unnecessary hassle. There were issues with communication and clarity regarding transportation to and from ski lifts, which was frustrating given the location.

The views were absolutely breathtaking as I enjoyed every moment in this stunning mountain setting. My bed was incredibly comfortable, making rest easy after an adventurous day outdoors.

Service quality was inconsistent, with some staff appearing untrained and less attentive in the restaurant, leading to frustration during meals. There were also noise issues during nighttime, making sleep challenging.

I faced issues with hotel communication. staff sometimes seemed unhelpful, especially at reception. The road leading to the hotel had many potholes, making access tricky without a high-clearance vehicle. I encountered noise disturbances from weddings and events during the night, which affected sleep quality. my stay had great moments, but service consistency must improve.

Our stay was fantastic. the views from our Deluxe Double Room were nothing short of breathtaking. The staff, especially Anna, went above and beyond to help us plan activities that made our trip memorable. The spa was a highlight, providing the perfect relaxation after a day on the slopes. If there's one thing I wish could be improved, it would be more variety in the dining options for dinner.

Had an amazing week here! The outdoor jacuzzis with stunning views were perfect after skiing, and the sauna was a great relaxation spot. Just a heads up, the room could've used a bit more attention during housekeeping, but we loved everything else! 😊
